Personal Data We Collect

Purpose of Data Processing
We use your personal data to manage your registration and account on the platform, process and administer your investment operations, comply with regulatory obligations before the CNV, UIF, and BCRA, send communications related to your investments and platform operations, improve our services and user experience, and prevent fraudulent activities in compliance with current anti-money laundering regulations.
Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of your data is based on your express consent upon registering on the platform, the execution of the established investment contractual relationship, compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations in the financial sector in Argentina, and our legitimate interest in improving the platform and preventing fraud.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as you maintain an active account on our platform and for an additional period of ten (10) years in accordance with legal retention obligations established by Argentine regulations applicable to the financial and collective investment services sector.
Data Sharing with Third Parties
We may share your data with regulatory entities (CNV, UIF, BCRA) in compliance with legal requirements, technology service providers and identity verification services acting as data processors under confidentiality agreements, and legal advisors and auditors in fulfillment of legal obligations. We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
International Data Transfers
Where it is necessary to transfer personal data outside the territory of the Argentine Republic, we ensure adequate levels of protection in accordance with current regulations and AAIP provisions, implementing the corresponding contractual safeguards.

In accordance with Law 25,326, you have the right to access your personal data in our databases, request the correction of inaccurate or outdated data, request the deletion of your data when appropriate, and object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
